The South Beach Residences
Concept is based on Mutual Developers Ltd's Mission
of creating beautiful neighbourhoods which preserve
and add value to our clients. The South Beach Residences
Concept is predicated on creating a community of
property owners with shared and enduring values,

secure gated compound with 24 hours security amongst

All
houses will have access to the beach, the community
will be wired for future, public transport with designated
community stops will be availed, pedestrian paths are
included in the internal roads design, crèche facilities
and a convenience store housed within the clubhouse
complex are all included in the common facilities. Community
infrastructure and services will be managed professionally
with residents contributing a monthly fee towards the
upkeep of the estate through a homeowners association
governed by pertinent bye laws and comprised of all
South Beach Residents.
